I have this cute little bunny at my house.As I am studying in Cyberjaya,I don't have alot of chances to cuddle with it.The bunny was named as Bunneh :) It is fed and taken care of my sister,Aishah.She took care of the little bunny very well.I am so grateful to have her.My father bought it .He knows I like cats and bunny alot!that is why he goes to the pet store and intend to buy one cute rabbit for me.I love it so much!

My memories

Last two years,I went to Cameron Highlands with my big big family.hehe I have a lots of cousins though.That is why I said that I have a very BIGGG familia hehe :D
It was on December I went there.I have finished my SPM exams and that is the time where the school's hoildays are.So,my family make an arrangement for all of us to go there.It was so cold by the time we get there as it was rainy seasons.I wore a thick jacket and I wear socks all the time there.We also went to a lot of places like Kea Farm,Cactus Valley,Butterfly farm and lots more! :D

Events held in Kirkby

One of the events that had been held in kirkby college is Chineese New Year Celebrations.There were a lot of exciting games experienced by the students and we also get a chance to eat one of the Chineese's traditional food,Yee Sang.

One of the competition that was held is Making the lantern within 20 minutes only.Each classes have to send 5 representators to compete with other classes.

Lasagna Recipe

My second favourite food is Lasagna.I love to eat western food so much because it is tasty and easy to make my stomach full.This is the recipe to make a lasagna for me.Dear future husband,TAKE NOTE! :P

1lb of ground beef

One white onion

A quarter of a red onion

3-4 cloves fresh garlic

400g tin of chopped tomatoes.

9 strips of uncooked Lasagne pasta

1 teaspoon of basil

1 tablespoon of oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

A generous helping of grated cheese

1) First things first, switch the oven on to 350°F (180°C, Gas Mark 4).

2) Start with the red sauce. Chop all the onion and garlic and brown off in a frying pan. Then add the ground beef and brown.

3) Add the tomatoes and stir.

4) Add the Orgeano, Basil, salt and pepper. At this point I would also add a dash of Worcester Sauce if you have any, or a dash of red wine.

5) While the meat sauce is simmering, start the white sauce. To do this melt a bit of butter in a sauce pan, then add flour to make a paste. Then very slowly start adding milk. The key is to add the milk very slowly, otherwise the sauce become lumpy. When you have mixed all the flour and milk, add cheese until it tastes nice and cheesy! 6) Now layer the ingredients repeatedly, starting with the Meat Sauce, then the pasta, ending with the Bechamel Sauce.

7) Put it in the oven to cook for about 45 mins, or until nice and brown on top.

Serve with garlic bread and salad.

Spagetti Recipe

There is some ways to make my heart melt and grow with fireworks.One of them is by giving me a nice ,warm and scrumptous food to eat.This is one of my favourite food,Spagetti Bolognese,and here's the recipe 

Preparation time: 30 minutes
Cooking time: 60 minutes
Serves:  6

Ingredients :

  • 30 g butter
  • 500 g spaghetti
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 225g smoked back bacon, finely diced
  • 2 onions, finely diced
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 large carrots, finely diced
  • 3 sticks celery, finely diced
  • 500g minced lamb
  • 2 x 400g cans chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp tomato purée
  • 250ml white wine
  • 3 finely pared strips lemon zest
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 3 sprigs parsley
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • Freshly grated nutmeg


To make the bolognese sauce, heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over a medium heat. Add the bacon, onion, garlic, carrot and celery and fry for about 6 minutes or until tender. Stir in the minced lamb and stir-fry until the lamb is evenly brown and crumbly. Add the chopped tomatoes, tomato purée, wine, lemon zest, bay leaf and parsley. Lightly season with salt (the bacon is quite salty). Add pepper and freshly grated nutmeg to taste.
Return the mixture to the boil and simmer gently for an hour until it forms a thick, flavoursome sauce, then remove the lemon zest, bay leaf and parsley. Finally, stir in 6 tbsp grated Parmesan.
Just before you are ready to serve, drop the spaghetti into a pan of boiling, salted water. Cook according to packet instructions until al dente - about 10 minutes. Drain thoroughly and heap into a serving bowl. Add the butter and 4 tbsp more Parmesan. Toss well and serve with the sauce and extra Parmesan.
